If you are on a diet or thinking of starting one, what would you have to do differently to not gain the weight back after you have worked so hard to lose it?
Trust me, I have been there too many times myself.
I always believe that when I go on a diet and lose weight that it won’t come back or I tell myself I am going to watch what I eat and if I even gain 5 lbs, I will lose it.
Then, there it is. I’m right back where I started and always ask myself, how did this happen?
What diet should I go on this time?
There seems to be a new miracle diet every week, so you’d think I could find one that works, right?
Maybe if I just ate less and walked a little more, I’ll lose the weight again? That doesn't happen.
But I am so tired of dieting, not eating the foods I like to eat, and feeling like I'm starving all the time.
The thought of giving up carbs again, makes me want to cry.
